Police are looking into a fatal shooting at a Jackson apartment complex.
Sources with JPD say someone was fatally shot at the Midsouth 301 Apartments in Jackson sometime just before 2 p.m.
WLBT’s Quentin Smith says residents are reporting hearing the gunshots, and that the coroner’s office is on scene.
It is unclear if a suspect is in custody yet.
