UPDATE:
Jaquantus Laquavis Quinn was arrested following a police chase that ended in Jackson at the Battlefield shopping center.
Quinn was arrested on charges of aggravated domestic assault and kidnapping.

The Richland Police Department is seeking assistance in locating Jaquantus Laquavis Quinn, who goes by the street name “Brick.”
Quinn is wanted for two outstanding felony warrants, aggravated domestic assault and kidnapping. His last known address is 3325 Northview Drive in Jackson.
Quinn is 24 years old, 6 ft. tall and weighs 150 lbs.
