Jackson police are looking into the capital city’s latest homicide.
According to JPD, a man was shot to death at Raymond Road and Shady Lane Drive around 9 p.m. Thursday.
WLBT reports that police were seen placing several evidence markers on the ground near the NP One Stop at the intersection of Raymond Road and Shady Lane Drive.
Hinds County Coroner Sharon Grisham Stewart said Eric Jackson, 21, died from multiple gunshot wounds.
A car, riddled with bullet holes, was also towed from the scene.
There’s no word on any potential suspects.
