Jackson Police Department is looking into a drive-by shooting that left a person hospitalized Monday night.

JPD spokesman Sam Brown told WLBT that someone inside a white Honda Accord was shooting at a Dodge Challenger, which caused the Challenger to crash into several other vehicles. The incident occurred near Capitol Street and Farish Street.

The Jackson Police Department responded to a drive-by shooting around 10 p.m. Monday night.

So far no suspect or victim’s names have been released.
