367th Maintenance Company of Mississippi National Guard is home

The Mississippi National Guard welcomed home the 367th Maintenance Company based in Philadelphia, Miss. on Friday, November 17th after a 9-month long deployment.

The Mississippi National Guard welcomed home the 367th Maintenance Company based in Philadelphia, Miss. on Friday, November 17th after a 9-month long deployment.

Families and friends gathered at the 172nd Airlift Wing to welcome their heroes home. Led by 1LT Rayshonn Brown, company commander of the 367th Maintenance Company, a subordinate unit of the 184th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, deployed to Grafenwoehr, Germany in early February to support the European Deterrence Initiative. The unit provided maintenance support to deployed forces in the area.

“The experience was great. We were able to work with the 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, which is an active-duty unit stationed. The soldiers were able to improve their vehicles and weapons as far as maintenance,” said 1LT. Rayshonn Brown.

The Mississippi National Guard welcomed home the 367th Maintenance Company based in Philadelphia, Miss. on Friday, November 17th after a 9-month long deployment.

The 367th MC improved military vehicle and equipment readiness by 30% while supporting the 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion in Grafenwoehr, Germany. Part of the 16th Sustainment Brigade, the 18th CSSB supports missions and operations around the globe serving for the U.S. Army Europe and the 21st Theater Sustainment Command. The 367th MC successfully completed their missions earning the respect and gratitude from their comrades-in-arms stationed in Germany. The unit is excited to be home just in time for the holidays to celebrate with family and friends.
