16-Year-Old Missing In Tishomingo County

On January 21, the Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department was contacted about a 16-year-old missing juvenile, Peyton Stanton.
Since the time of the report, the Sheriff’s Department has worked closely with the family and at this time we would ask for the public’s assistance in locating Stanton.
Stanton appears to have left his home on County Road 957 (Rock Crusher Road) in Iuka, Mississippi, sometime between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM on Sunday.
The last confirmed sighting of Stanton was in the Selmer, Tennessee area around 1:00 PM on Sunday.
Stanton is believed to have connections to Selmer, Tennessee, as well as Jackson and Corinth, Mississippi.
Police say he was possibly wearing a blue Columbia puff jacket as well as red and black Jordan sneakers.
Stanton is approximately 6’01”, weighs 285 pounds, and has a tattoo on his right forearm of an 8 ball and dice.
