Police are warning the public that a man connected to a homicide in New Orleans could have fled to Jackson.
New Orleans police found a deceased woman on the sidewalk on March 19. She has been identified at Ciara Bullock, 35.
William Powell III has been identified as the perpetrator of the homicide has been charged with second-degree murder.
