Hinds County SO seeks help finding woman missing since Dec 2020

The Hinds County Sheriff’s Department is requesting assistance from the public in locating a missing person.

Jasmine Javonna Purvis was reported missing by her family on December 5, 2020.

She was last seen near the 1100 block of Carnation St in Jackson. She was seen leaving a residence with an unknown black male subject in an undescribed vehicle.

Purvis is a black female, 5’05, 185 lbs., with medium brown complexion. She commonly wears her hair short. She would now be 30 years old.

All leads have been exhausted in this investigation and the public should know that any information at this point would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone with information that leads to an arrest could be eligible for up to a $2,500 reward.
