Jackson police are investigating after a 20-year-old woman was shot at a gas station in Jackson.
Police said, that on June 2, at approximately 3:30 PM, detectives responded to a report of an aggravated assault at the Texaco Gas Station on the 4400 block of Medgar Evers Blvd. When officers arrived, they discovered a 20-year-old black female had been shot. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment of her injuries.
No arrests have been made at this time.
