Areas of dense fog are likely through mid-morning today, especially in areas of central & southern Mississippi where a Dense Fog Advisory is in effect. Visibility of 1/4 mile or less is expected in some areas. Be sure to allow for extra travel time and use your low beam headlights.

Patchy dense fog will dissipate through mid-morning across southern portions of the area. Afterwards, look for mostly sunny skies with highs in the middle 80s.

Clouds will increase overnight with lows from the upper 50s to middle 60s. Patchy dense fog will be possible across Southeast Mississippi early Thursday morning.
