A third suspect has been arrested and charged with Capital Murder, Auto Theft, and Arson after a man was found dead at Sykes Park on August 2, 2023.
The man was found shot to death and his car had been stolen.
On March 19, investigators arrested suspects 16-year-old Josh Williams and 17-year-old Janiyah Williams.
According to Jackson police, on June 5, officers with the Jackson Police Department’s ACTION team arrested the third suspect in this case Marqwan Weathersby. He is charged with Capital Murder, Auto theft, and Arson in connection with this case.
