Upon arriving at the scene, deputies spoke with the store manager who provided a detailed account of what happened. The manager explained that she was in the office preparing to process the day’s receipts when two individuals came into the store and held her at gunpoint. After taking the money from the registers, the suspects forced her to open the store’s safe before fleeing the scene on foot. The manager immediately called 911 after the suspects left.

A store clerk who was also working at the time of the robbery told deputies that she was cleaning an aisle when she saw the two individuals enter the store armed. Realizing the danger, the clerk quickly exited through the back of the store and sought refuge at a nearby residence where she called 911.

Video evidence from the store’s security cameras captured the suspects entering the store from the south side of the building. The footage revealed that the first suspect was wearing black sweatpants with white writing on the left leg, a black sweatshirt, and was armed with an AR-style pistol. The second suspect was clad in a camouflage jacket, black pants, and carrying a green bag. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident.
