According to Vicksburg Daily News, two people were injured in a head-on crash on I-20.
The wreck happened around 4:00 a.m. on I-20 eastbound near the Bovina exit.
Police said that one of the vehicles was driving the wrong way on the interstate and both had significant front-end damage.
The cars both ended up in the far left lane and median.
The Vicksburg Daily News said neither vehicle had Mississippi license plates.
Both drivers were treated at the scene and do not appear to have life-threatening injuries.
