Two Arrested in Fulton for Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute

On September 10, officers from the Fulton Police Department, in collaboration with agents from the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit and deputies from the Itawamba Sheriff’s Department, arrested Timothy McCarter and Breana Patterson during a traffic stop on the I-22 off-ramp in Fulton.

The suspects were found in possession of a felony amount of powder cocaine and were charged with possession with intent to distribute.

Their bond was set at $100,000 each by Judge Harold Holcomb.

This case remains under investigation by law enforcement authorities.
