Tuesday morning, Autum Brown and Jenna Fontenot were arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property after being stopped by officers on Interstate 55 in Gluckstadt.

The suspects inside a stolen Chevrolet Suburban, which had been reported taken from a residence in Alabama.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office Intelligence Unit helped arrest the two, quickly passing along information that allowed officers to intercept the vehicle before it could leave the city.

Both Brown and Fontenot were given a $30,000 bond during their appearance in Gluckstadt Municipal Court.
