Brian Swartz, 59, of Vicksburg was arrested Saturday, November 25, 2023, after a felony amount of Methamphetamine was found in a vehicle in which he was a passenger.
Swartz appeared in Vicksburg Municipal Court on Sunday, November 26, 2023, before Judge Penny Lawson, charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Hindering Prosecution. He received a $20,000 bond and was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury.
Jonathan Willis, 33, of Rolling Fork, Mississippi, was arrested Saturday, November 25, 2023, after the Ford F-150 he was driving was stopped for a traffic violation on Clay Street. Charged with Driving Under the Influence, 4th Offense, Willis appeared in Vicksburg Municipal Court on Sunday, November 26, 2023, before Judge Penny Lawson. Willis was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury on a $40,000 bond.
