On April 15, officers with the Tupelo Police Department were dispatched to the South Gloster Street area in reference to a stolen trailer.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim and gathered evidence at the scene.
After further investigation, on April 30, 41-year-old Sergio Salinas (of Tupelo) was charged with Grand Larceny.
Also on April 30, Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Allen ordered Salinas to be held on a $5,000 bond. These charges will be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury.
