Tupelo Man Arrested for Burglary of Commercial Building

A Tupelo man was arrested for Burglary of a Commercial Building.

58-year-old James O. Norfleet, of Tupelo, has been arrested and charged with Burglary of a Commercial Building following an incident at Magnolia Brick on McCullough Blvd.

On September 3, officers responded to reports of a burglary, where a former employee had allegedly entered the business and stolen money from the office.

After further investigation, Norfleet was taken into custody on September 5. Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Allen set his bond at $5,000 on September 6.

The case will be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury for further consideration.
