On June 1, Tupelo Police responded to a reported shooting on Lumpkin Ave.
When officers arrived, they found a victim who had been shot multiple times. The victim was transported to the North Mississippi Medical Center.
Officers took a suspect into custody on scene.
After further investigation, 65-year-old Martin Parham (Tupelo) was charged with Aggravated Assault.
Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Sumner set Parham’s bond at $250,000 These charges will be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury.
