On Saturday, August 24, at around 4:10 a.m., the Mississippi Highway Patrol responded to a deadly single-vehicle crash on MS-18 West in Claiborne County.
The accident involved a 2017 Nissan Altima driven by 19-year-old Air’Eonna R. Miller of Port Gibson, Mississippi. The vehicle was traveling west on MS-18 near Hermanville when it veered off the road and collided with a tree. Ms. Miller sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Mississippi Highway Patrol is currently investigating the crash.
