The Jackson Police Department is investigating a homicide that happened in the 500 block of Lawrence Road.
The victim, identified as Freddie Adams, Jr., was found shot at the location and was pronounced deceased on the scene. His next of kin has been notified.
In an update to the investigation, Jackson Police Department Detectives, along with JPD Task Force Officers and the JPD Action Team, have arrested Baylon Graham in connection to the case. Graham has been charged with murder.
