The Southaven Police Department needs help finding a missing juvenile, Julia Sandria Carter.
Julia was last seen on Monday, December 18, at her home. Julia is a 17-year-old black female, approximately 5’06”, weighs about 130 pounds, has brown eyes, and long red hair going to her mid-back.
Julia was last seen wearing black pants and a red McDonald’s sweater. She was last seen in the area of Manhattan Dr and Tchulahoma Rd, in Southaven.
