A Saucier man has been arrested on domestic violence charges.

According to Harrison County Sheriff Matt Haley, Deputies were called to a residence on Armes Road where there was a report of a stabbing. They found a man who had several stab wounds to his torso. The victim said his girlfriend’s son, Damien Triplett, had stabbed him after an argument.

Triplett allegedly fled the scene after the incident, but returned later and was arrested and charged with a count of felony domestic violence.

The victim was taken to a local hospital where officials say he is stable.

Triplett is being held in the Harrison County Adult Detention Center and is charged with Domestic Violence – Aggravated Assault. Justice Court Judge Nick Patano set his bond at $100,000.
