The Rankin County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public in identifying the suspect in a recent armed robbery.
On October 3, Rankin deputies responded to the Sunco, located on Hwy 49 South between Florence and Star, for a black male entering the store, robbing and shooting the clerk.
The suspect shown in these photos, dressed in a yellow hoodie, and white mask, entered the store and shot the clerk with a handgun for the money in the register. If you have any information on the identity of this individual, please call Central MS Crime Stoppers.
