Areas to widespread dense fog are expected to develop early this morning and persist through mid-morning today, especially for central, north central and northeast Mississippi. Some of the fog could be dense at times, likely reducing visibility to one quarter mile or less.
Considerable cloudiness will linger today mainly along and north of I-20. High temperatures will range from the low 80s in the Golden Triangle where clouds will be more persistent to upper 80s in the Pine Belt where more sun is expected.
