According to law enforcement sources, there is a manhunt underway for a 19-year-old who allegedly shot at a Brookhaven police officer.
Our law enforcement source said that Kriston Ramsey shot at an officer at the Jackson Square apartments.
He should be considered armed and dangerous. The incident happened around 12:30 p.m.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department is assisting with the search for Ramsey.
He is believed to have run into a wooded area near where the shooting happened.
