Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office said that a man who is wanted by the Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana has ties to Pearl River County.
The chase for Jakob Carnegie started in Pearl River County in the McNeill area.
Carnegie then made it to Louisiana and was being searched for by the Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office on Highway 62 and Bernard Crain Road.
He was last on foot in Washington Parish after the chase.
The Pearl River Sheriff’s Department said Carnegie may be trying to make his way back to Pearl River County.
