On Tuesday, June 27, The Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department received several calls in regard to hearing an argument and gunshots fired at or around 10:30 pm at the Steel Bridge area.
Deputies responded and found a white male who had been shot. He was identified as Joshua Hudson and he was transported to the Tupelo hospital.
The Steel Bridge recreational area is part of Mississippi State Park J.P. Coleman Park. Several leads have been developing from witnesses, video surveillance footage, and other call-in reports.
