Traffic is held up on Highway 15 after a log truck has overturned in Jones CountyThe Jones County Sheriff’s Department is currently on the scene of a log truck crash near 190 George Boutwell Road off of Highway 15 South.
The adult male driver of the fully loaded log truck was able to self-extricate and declined medical transport by EMServ Ambulance Service following medical evaluation.
Units from Glade Fire & Rescue and Powers Fire & Rescue are on the scene assisting with traffic control. Motorists can expect single lane blockage and potential complete road closure as vehicle and log recovery operations begin.
