The Jackson Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for Jerry Jenkins for illegally dumping wood on the side of Raymond Road on June 25, according to an investigation conducted by the Neighborhood Enhancement Team.
He allegedly had a trailer of wood and dumped it off on the side of the road.
His license plate number is HNR 188.
He is wanted on the charges of Illegal Dumping and Littering.
