The Tunica Humane Society is celebrating an incredible outpouring of support following their recent plea for cat food and litter.

The humane society said the response was overwhelming, with the local Post Office delivering two vans full of packages filled with donations.

“We are blown away by the response to our plea for cat food and litter for our kitties,” said a representative from the society. “We have the most generous supporters in the world at the Tunica Humane Society. Thank you to each and every one of you that donated these much-needed items for the many, many cats in our care. Nobody is going hungry here!”

The team was so thankful and encouraged by the support from the community.
