Agents from the FBI are currently conducting a raid at Hinds County District Attorney Jody Owens’ Office and businesses he owns, officials said.

There are said to be even more additional locations at which federal agents served warrants this morning. Federal sources say agents are serving search warrants on the locations.

We have confirmed that one of the businesses being raided is the Downtown Cigar Company, which Owens owns.

It has not been made public if Owens is under investigation, and if he is, what the federal agents are looking for.
