A man who worked at Krystal’s in Brandon is now in custody after an incident on October 18th.
Police said at 3:15 p.m., Christopher Lee Epps allegedly pointed a gun at a fellow employee at work.
When officers arrived they found Epps in the parking lot wearing a black shirt, khaki pants, and a military-colored backpack.
Police took Epps into custody and found a Springfield Armory XD-9 on him.
Epps was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and an outstanding arrest warrant. He is being held at the Rankin County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
