On Tuesday, June 4, the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department executed an arrest warrant at 533 Hilt Fornea Road, Poplarville, MS, leading to the arrest of 34-year-old Charles Atkinson-Seal, for failure to appear in Circuit Court. Upon arrival, investigators also encountered 36-year-old Joshua Pierce-Seal, 40-year-old Michael Landreaux, 35-year-old and Ashley Sumrall.
Investigators developed probable cause to get a search warrant for the property. The search revealed a significant quantity of methamphetamine, marijuana, Psilocybin mushrooms, and various drug paraphernalia.
The arrests resulted in the following charges:
- Charles Atkinson-Seal: Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and the outstanding bench warrant.
- Joshua Pierce-Seal: Possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute Psilocybin mushrooms, and possession of paraphernalia.
- Ashley Sumrall: Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
All subjects were taken into custody and face multiple charges related to drug distribution and possession.
