Happy has been on a run with a tight collar attached, so he is missing fur around his neck but that doesn’t stop him from being the happiest guy.
He was so excited to get free from the run that he was tied up at.
At 78 pounds, Happy is the biggest, sweetest love bug you will ever meet. He loves people and dogs!
His adoption fee is $50 through tomorrow! He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped!
