A community cancer benefit for a Hattiesburg woman battling cancer is happening this weekend.
The event is to help Jessica Walters Thurmond. It will be held on August 31st, from 1 pm to 6 pm, at The Moose Lodge, located at 308 W Hills Dr, Hattiesburg, MS 39402.
The event aims to raise funds and support for Jessica Walters Thurmond, who is currently battling cancer. The benefit will feature a variety of activities, including a 50/50 raffle, music, and delicious food provided by Al Shish Kabob.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase pre-sale T-shirts for $25, with all proceeds going towards supporting Jessica’s fight against cancer.
