The WMU Ladies group from Pineview Baptist Church stopped by the Forrest County Sheriff’s Office with bags of stuffed animals they have been collecting.
The women donated them to the sheriff’s department for patrol units.
If a deputy is called to a scene involving a child, then having a stuffed animal can help a child feel some comfort in a scary situation.
The WMU Ladies collect stuffed toys all year long.
They told the Sheriff’s Department they appreciated their service to the community.
