On Friday, February 16, the Jackson Police Department began investigating a homicide that occurred near 3400 block of Rosemary Dr.
Detectives learned that the victim was shot at this location. Unfortunately, the victim was pronounced deceased on scene. The victim has been identified as Joshua Lindsey.
The Jackson Police Department has arrested Walter Howell in connection to this case.
He is charged with Murder.
