A Brookhaven man died in a motorcycle crash on I-55 Wednesday morning, according to officials.
On Wednesday just before 7:30 a.m., the Mississippi Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash on I-55 in Pike County.
A 1986 Honda Motorcycle driven by 29-year-old Joseph Lodrigue of Brookhaven was traveling north on I-55 when it left the roadway and collided with the cable barrier. Joseph Lodrigue received fatal injuries from the crash and was pronounced dead on the scene.
This crash remains under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
