The Jefferson Davis County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding 19-year-old Nyla Payne, who was reported missing on September 8, 2024, by her grandmother, Chellie Payne.
Nyla was last seen on Friday, September 6, around 6:00 p.m., when she left home to attend a party in Hattiesburg, MS.
Nyla was driving a white 2022 Nissan Altima with the license plate number 571A0. She was last seen wearing a black dress, white shoes, and carrying a pink purse.
Anyone with information regarding Nyla Payne’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Jefferson Davis County Sheriff’s Department at 601-792-5169.
