U.S. Marshals offer reward for information on Black Spring Break shooter

The U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force is working with the Biloxi Police Department and offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted in an April 16 incident in which five people, including a Biloxi police officer, were shot.

Dontavis Magee was identified as the suspect in the shooting incident, which took place during a 2023 Black Spring Break weekend event on Highway 90 near Motel 6 in Biloxi.

The victims were treated and are expected to make a full recovery.
