On Tuesday, January 30, at approximately 6:17 p.m., the Mississippi Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash on Interstate 55 in Lincoln County.
A 2006 Toyota Camry driven by 24-year-old Kaleb Jackson of Tylertown, MS, traveled north on I-55 when it left the roadway, collided with an embankment, and overturned.
Kaleb Jackson received fatal injuries from the crash and was pronounced dead at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center.
This crash remains under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
