On Sunday, December 17, 2023, the Jackson Police Department began investigating a shooting that occurred at Merit Health Central Hospital in Jackson. The address is 1850 Chadwick Dr.
Detectives learned that the victim was shot at this location after a dispute and then died as a result of his injuries.
Through the investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspect involved in this incident.
A murder warrant has been issued for the arrest of 26-year-old Jaylein Wallace. He is still at large and should be considered armed and dangerous.
A warrant has also been issued for the arrest of Deanna Bridges for hindering of prosecution. Both are believed to be in the Bolton/Edwards area.
