On Tuesday January 10, 2023, the Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department along with Agents from the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics conducted a search warrant at a residence in Burnsville, MS.

During the execution of the search warrant Investigators and Agents located approximately 3.16 pounds of Methamphetamine, approximately 12 grams of Heroin, approximately 69 dosage units of Lortab, approximately 10 dosage units of Morphine, and approximately 12 dosage units of Hydrocodone.

Also located in connection to the search warrant were two stolen firearms and approximately $6,454 dollars in US Currency.

Damian Greenberg, 33, was arrested and charged with AGGRAVATED TRAFFICKING OF METHAMPHETAMINE, TRAFFICKING OF LORATAB, POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, FELONY POSSESSION OF MORPHINE, and TRAFFICKING IN STOLEN FIREARMS. Gruenberg also had several felony warrants out of Alabama.

Gruenberg is currently incarcerated and awaiting bond. The Tishomingo County Justice Court granted GRUENBERG a $150,000 bond. This is still an active case and further arrests may be pending.
