On October 16, at around 3:15 am, the suspect robbed the Tchulahoma Express gas station at Tchulahoma Road and Stateline Road.  The suspect entered the business, approached the clerk, demanded all the money in the register, and lifted his sweatshirt showing a handgun tucked in his waistband.

The suspect is described as a black male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, a black mask, and red and black shoes.

It was later learned that just a few minutes before this incident, the same suspect reportedly tried to enter the Getwell Express gas station at Getwell Road and Stateline Road, but the clerk had locked the doors.

Police said that the suspect left both businesses on foot but possibly had a vehicle parked nearby.
