JACKSON – The Salvation Army Jackson Metro Area invites the community to participate in the Labor of Love 5K Run & Walk on Monday, September 7, 2026, at Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. in Ridgeland.
The event will feature a 5K Run & Walk and a Kids Fun Run, bringing together individuals, families, businesses, and community supporters for a morning of fun and fitness while raising funds to support The Salvation Army’s programs and services throughout the Jackson Metro Area.
“The Labor of Love 5K is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and make a difference,” said Major Timothy Delaney, Corps Officer for The Salvation Army Jackson Metro Area. “Every registration helps us continue serving those in need.”
Early bird registration is $30 through July 28. Registration increases to $40 after July 28, and the Kids Fun Run is $10. Businesses are also encouraged to participate through sponsorships, vendor opportunities, and volunteer support.
