JACKSON – One person was injured after a road rage incident between the occupants of two 18-wheelers in Jackson.
According to PIO Tommie Brown, the driver of an 18-wheeler was traveling westbound on I-20 between Ellis Avenue and Hwy 18 when he was shot by a passenger in a second 18 wheeler during a road rage incident.
The victim drove to Clinton and then reported what happened. They were then transported to a hospital and treated for their injuries. Their injuries were non life-threatening.
Jackson police say there are no suspects at this time.
