On June 19, 50-year-old Daniel M. Malone, of Baldwyn, was arrested on felony warrants for Enticement of a Child and Molestation (Touching a Child or Mentally Defective Person for Lustful Purpose).
The Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department filed a report, followed by a forensic interview that revealed key disclosures.
Justice Court Judge Ray Hall set Malone’s bond at $150,000.
Investigator Torie Jumper will present the case to the next Prentiss County Grand Jury.
Deputies Ridge Lawson and Cody Horn assisted in the investigation.
