On February 22nd, the Oxford Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Highway 6 East for a vehicle violation.
After investigation, 57-year-old Deedra Anthony of Como, MS, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
Anthony was taken before a Municipal Court judge for her initial bond hearing and issued a $5,000 bond.
