Governor Reeves announced that Capitol Police have made an arrest in the incident where a person was seen shooting a gun recklessly out of a vehicle on Adkins Blvd in Jackson on February 6th.
One person was arrested and the vehicle believed to be seen in the video was seized after a pursuit.
Capitol Police seized two illegally modified handguns and an Ar-style rifle from the inside the car.
